Payment is by credit or debit card only, through Toss Payments. No bank transfer.

Under Korea's E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act, you may withdraw within 7 days (Art. 17(1)); withdrawal is limited once a service or digital content has started (Art. 17(2)5), which we disclose before payment.
E-signature: full refund any time before the other party signs (including expired links). No refund after signing.
Certified mail: full refund before we start preparing the mailing; after that, no cancellation for customer reasons. Unused postage is refunded; full refund if we fail to send or reject the document.
Fax: sent immediately after payment and cannot be recalled. Automatic full refund if all recipients fail; partial refund for failed recipients (minimum charge applies to the successful part).
Translate pass: full refund within 7 days if no AI translation was used; otherwise a pro-rated refund for the remaining days, less the share of AI characters used. Request by email.
Refunds are made as card cancellations; your card issuer may take 3–7 business days to reflect them.
